Delta Windsurf is committed to providing quality windsurf instruction and equipment. We believe in growing the sport and offer a low-cost Beginner Pass to get you started. We're also able to provide an affordable Kids Pass because of the generous support of the Rio Vista Windsurf Association and volunteers!
